The Association of Ecological Agricultural Producers of GUAY APAE is composed of a group of small-scale coffee growers. Their entrepreneurial vision, their solidarity, and their commitment to quality, lead many other producers in the region, including female producers, to join the association. The members of the group not only receive benefits for social and financial services but they also focus on gender equality and the role of women in the coffee industry.
